This is just a friendly feedback on your delivery of our new balcony fan. We are very pleased with the Alpha Ceiling Fan V6-LK1, which your kind sales assistant sold to us. The fan is nicely looking, effective, silent and logic to operate. Even the light is a positive surprise for us, as it functions better than the original balcony lighting here at The Azure. The installation team was very friendly and effective. They mounted the ceiling fan to our full satisfaction in a good clean operation. We would recommend your company and the Alpha to anyone asking us.
